Privacy Policy (for the Sushi Guru App)

The Sushi Guru App is designed for placing delivery or pickup orders from our restaurants located at Kärberi 18, Vilde tee 101b, Tulika 19, Tallinn, Estonia.

1. What data we collect:

When placing an order through the app, you provide the following personal information:

• Name
• Phone number
• Delivery address
• Order details
• Date of birth (for birthday discounts)

Additionally, information about previous orders may be stored.

2. How we use your data:

Your personal data is used solely for the following purposes:

• To process and manage your order
• To contact you for confirmation or clarification of your order
• To organize delivery and pickup
• To provide personalized offers (e.g., birthday discounts)
• To improve service quality

We do not use your personal data for marketing purposes or share it with third parties.

3. Data retention:

All data, including order history and delivery addresses, are stored on Sushi Guru's server. Order history, addresses, and contact information are retained as long as necessary for service delivery or until a request for data deletion is made, unless retention is required by law. By using the app, you agree to this data retention.

4. Data sharing with third parties:

We do not share your data with third parties, except in the following cases:

• As required by Estonian law (e.g., official requests from government authorities)
• Authorized partners involved in delivery – only to the extent necessary for fulfilling your order (e.g., your phone number and delivery address will be provided to the courier)

5. Data deletion:

You may submit a written request to delete your personal data by sending an email to: app@sushiguru.ee

Upon receipt of the request and verification of the user's identity, we will delete all stored data within a reasonable time unless retention is required by applicable law.
